Comparison with Throat Relief Spray #2:

This variation is based on Throat Relief Spray #2,  but is a little less concentrated than the Throat Relief Spray #2.  The sprayer rarely becomes clogged in this variation, which can happen with the Throat Relief Spray #2 variation, due to its higher concentration factor and which will now be offered with a dropper option.

Throat Saver herbal Spray has the following additional ingredients:  Xylitol, Slippery Elm bark, Marshmallow root, Camu Camu fruit & Holy Basil leaf, which Throat Relief Spray #2 version does not.  Other than this, both variations are very popular and effective and share the same common formula base.

This formula combines the classical Chinese herbal formulas Yin Qiao Tang & Gan Mao Ling with the classical Western naturopathic H.E.M.P. (Hydrastis, Echinacea, Myrrh, Phytollaca & Lomatium) Formula in a base of glycerine and Xylitol.  These Classical herbal formulas have been clinically used by health care providers in supporting the symptomatic relief of sore throats & throat irritations predominantly associated with external pathogenic influences.*

Traditional Actions:

Dispel early and later stage wind-cold and wind-heat, through diaphoresis; clear internal heat & toxins, manifesting as symptoms of sore throat.

Traditional Syndrome Patterns:

Acute invasion of external wind, cold / heat pathogenic factors.

Clinical Signs & Symptoms:

Acute upper respiratory tract patterns characterized by sore throat, swollen glands, due to common cold & flu and other acute febrile diseases. Fevers, chills, slight cough, headache, stiffness of upper back and neck; thirst, difficulty, sweating, slight or no chills, slight intolerance to wind and cold.*

Tongue: red body and a thin white or yellow coat;

Pulse: floating and rapid.
